Как извлечь коды ошибок
Автомобили, выпущенные после 1996 года и более поздних годов выпуска оснащены системой OBD2 и требуют использования диагностического сканера для извлечения кодов неисправностей.
Bosch Motronic CIS-E
Для извлечения и удаления кодов неисправностей системы Bosch Motronic (CIS-E) требуется сканер.
DIGIFANT System
Считывание кодов неисправностей
- Включите зажигание. Подключите черный конец кабеля-перемычки к черному диагностическому разъему на центральной консоли под багажником. Подключите белый конец перемычки к белому диагностическому разъему.
- Через пять секунд должен начать мигать индикатор OBD CHECK. Снимите перемычку, но не выключайте зажигание. Зафиксируйте вспышки.
- Если появится код 4444 или 0000, то либо выключите зажигание, либо установите перемычку на место для прекращения считывания кода.
Перед заменой потенциально неисправного компонента следует проверить и устранить возможные неисправности электропроводки. После устранения неисправности необходимо стереть постоянную память неисправностей, как описано ниже.
Как удалить коды ошибок
- Убедитесь, что зажигание выключено. Подключите черный конец кабеля-перемычки к черному диагностическому разъему на центральной консоли под багажником. Подключите белый конец перемычки к белому диагностическому разъему.
- Через 5 секунд отсоедините кабель-перемычку. Индикатор OBD должен мигать 4444. Выключите зажигание или установите кабель-перемычку, чтобы завершить процедуру.
Сброс настроек ЭБУ
После определенных условий или ремонта ЭБУ Digifant необходимо вернуть в исходное состояние следующим образом:
- Синий разъем датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости был отсоединен при работающем двигателе
- Были заменены следующие компоненты:
- ЭБУ Digifant
- Датчик расхода воздуха
- Потенциометр дроссельной заслонки
- Корпус дроссельной заслонки
При сбросе настроек ЭБУ двигатель должен иметь нормальную рабочую температуру, все электрооборудование должно быть выключено, система стабилизации холостого хода должна быть в порядке, а в системе выпуска отработавших газов не должно быть утечек.
- При выключенном двигателе отсоедините шланг вентиляции картера от клапана контроля токсичности выхлопных газов, расположенного над клапанной крышкой, а затем заглушите шланг. Запустите двигатель и дайте ему поработать на холостом ходу. Отсоедините синий разъем жгута проводов датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости.
- Дайте двигателю поработать на холостом ходу в течение одной минуты, затем снова подсоедините разъем жгута проводов. ВНИМАНИЕ: НЕ подсоединяйте разъемы жгута проводов датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости при работающем вентиляторе охлаждения радиатора.
- Выключите двигатель и снова подсоедините шланг вентиляции картера. Сотрите память ошибок OBD.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Отсоединение датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости при работающем двигателе приводит к появлению кода неисправности 2312.
