Как извлечь коды ошибок

Автомобили, выпущенные после 1996 года и более поздних годов выпуска оснащены системой OBD2 и требуют использования диагностического сканера для извлечения кодов неисправностей.

Для автомобилей, выпущенных до 1996 года

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Не все коды неисправностей активируют лампу MIL (CHECK ENGINE).

Прежде чем приступать к работе, убедитесь, что:

  • Цепь лампы CHECK ENGINE исправна. Она должна гореть при включенном зажигании и заглушенном двигателе.
  • Напряжение аккумуляторной батареи выше 11 вольт.
  • Дроссельная заслонка полностью закрыта (точки IDL датчика положения дроссельной заслонки замкнуты).
  • Выключатели дополнительного оборудования (кондиционер и т.д.) выключены.
  • Двигатель имеет нормальную рабочую температуру (если это возможно).

Переведите выключатель зажигания в положение ON.

  • Не запускайте двигатель.
  • Установите проводную перемычку между клеммами TE1 и E1 в разъеме проверки двигателя.

Подсчитайте количество вспышек лампы CHECK ENGINE.

  • Если система работает нормально (неисправностей не обнаружено), лампа CHECK ENGINE будет мигать непрерывно и равномерно примерно 2 раза в секунду.

В противном случае лампочка будет мигать количество раз, равное коду неисправности, как показано ниже:

  • При указании номера лампа мигает только (5 секунд ON, 0,5 секунды OFF).
  • Между первой и второй цифрой кода индикатор будет выключен на 1,5 секунды.
  • Если в памяти хранится несколько кодов, то перед отображением следующего кода индикатор будет выключен на 2,5 секунды.
  • После отображения всех кодов индикатор выключится на 4,5 с, а затем вся последовательность повторится.

Серия диагностических кодов будет повторяться до тех пор, пока клеммы контрольного разъема TEl и El соединены.

  • По окончании работы удалите проволочную перемычку.
  • После устранения неисправности очистите коды из памяти ЭБУ.

Как удалить коды ошибок

После устранения неисправностей все коды неисправностей должны быть удалены из памяти ЭБУ. В противном случае код (коды) останется в памяти ЭБУ на неопределенное время и в случае возникновения неисправности в будущем появится вместе с новым кодом.

Извлеките предохранитель EFI (15 А) на 30 секунд при выключенном зажигании, чтобы удалить все коды. В зависимости от температуры окружающей среды это может занять более 30 секунд (чем ниже температура, тем дольше нужно держать предохранитель вынутым).

Коды неисправностей можно также удалить, отсоединив кабель питания от аккумулятора автомобиля.

После удаления кодов проведите дорожные испытания автомобиля (в соответствии с неисправностью) и проверьте, не появились ли какие-либо коды. Если да, то это свидетельствует о том, что неисправность была устранена неправильно.
