Как извлечь коды ошибок

Автомобили, выпущенные после 1996 года и более поздних годов выпуска оснащены системой OBD2 и требуют использования диагностического сканера для извлечения кодов неисправностей.

Для автомобилей до 1997 г. в.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Не выключайте зажигание ни до, ни во время процедуры тестирования. Это приведет к стиранию памяти неисправностей. Процедура диагностики будет отменена, если после начала процедуры извлечения кода обороты двигателя поднимутся выше 2000 об/мин или если зажигание будет выключено.

  • Для проверки входных неисправностей необходимо проехать на автомобиле не менее 5 минут. Во время пробной поездки двигатель должен кратковременно: Подняться выше 3000 об/мин, Давление во впускном коллекторе должно подняться выше 1,0 бар (0 дюймов вакуума). Это необходимо для того, чтобы вся необходимая информация была сохранена в памяти неисправностей.
  • Если автомобиль не заводится, прокрутите двигатель стартером не менее 5 секунд.
  • При неработающем двигателе или при включенном зажигании после прокрутки стартером (в случае отсутствия запуска) вставьте запасной предохранитель в гнездо на верхней части реле топливного насоса не менее чем на 4 секунды.
  • Извлеките предохранитель и считайте код неисправности с контрольной лампы в комбинации приборов.
  • Запишите код неисправности. Каждый код неисправности состоит из 4 групп мигающих импульсов, в каждой из которых может быть до 4 мигающих импульсов. Между каждой группой мигающих импульсов есть пауза длительностью около 2.5 с. Различные коды неисправностей считываются путем подсчета количества импульсов в каждой группе (от 1 до 4), а затем объединяются в 4 группы. После активации процедуры диагностики на дисплее отображается следующая информация:
    • Стартовый сигнал (индикатор горит 2.5 с)
    • Пауза (индикатор выключен 2.5 с)
    • Передача 4-х групп импульсов
    • После четвертой группы импульсов пауза 2.5 с (свет выключен)
    • Повторение кода неисправности.
  • Для просмотра следующего кода неисправности снова вставьте предохранитель в реле топливного насоса не менее чем на 4 с. Сохраненные коды неисправностей будут отображаться по одному и последовательно.
  • После выявления всех неисправностей устраните их при необходимости. После устранения неисправности повторите пробную поездку и процедуру диагностики, чтобы убедиться в отсутствии других неисправностей.

Для автомобилей с 1995 г. в.

  • Проводите дорожные испытания в течение не менее 10 минут.
  • Установите автоматическую коробку передач в положении ‘P’ или ‘N’.
  • Если двигатель не запускается: Прокрутите двигатель в течение 6 секунд. Оставьте зажигание включенным.
  • Разъем передачи данных (DLC) – 2-контактный: (A) черный, (B) коричневый/белый.

Как удалить коды ошибок

Доступ к памяти неисправностей модуля управления двигателем (ECM) и ее удаление возможны только с помощью диагностического оборудования, подключенного к диагностическому разъему передачи данных (DLC), который находится:

  • A4/RS4/S4 2000-+, A6/S6/RS6/allroad 1997-> A8/S8 2002 -> под капотом, со стороны водителя.
  • Cabriolet – в подкапотном блоке предохранителей/релейной пластине.
  • A4/S4 1994-00 – центральная консоль, задняя часть.
  • A6 -> 1997 – в подкапотной панели реле 19 o A8/S8 -+2002 – под передней пепельницей.
  • A3/Quattro, A5/S5, R8, TI, Q7 – фасция, со стороны водителя.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: При самодиагностике с использованием 4-значных кодов неисправностей может отображаться не вся доступная диагностическая информация (ранние модели).
